My store has been launched recently, and this policy is for my customers to protect thier rights as well as mine.
Shipping Policy
Slandered shipping is the only option available. It costs inside the USA and Canada 39 USD, while it costs 21.20 USD for shipping to Europe and the united kingdom. Shipping costs will vary depending on other countries. It takes up to 2-6 business days to ship your order inside the USA and Canada, up to 1-9 business days in Europe, and 4-8 business days to the rest of the world.
Processing period may take up to 1-2 business days before your order is sent to production and be shipped.
Tax Information
I will not charge you for any taxes but once your order reaches your doorstep, your government may require additional customs and duties fees.
Payment Accepted
PayPal is the only payment method that is accepted. If you want to use your credit or debit card you can do this through PayPal.
Refund Policy
There is no refund or return for my items unless it came damaged or the print was low quality. If that is the case you contact me within 14 days, send me your order number and I will issue a refund for you.
You have 12-24 hours to cancel or adjust your order before it goes to production, but since it goes for production, canceling, or adjust details are not possible, therefore I will not be responsible because everything is custom made.
