The Stranger You Met

You are more surrounded by strangers than by people whom you already know, you constantly see new faces every time you go for a walk, to a cafe or to the grocery store.

You make eye contact with some, ignore some and be infatuated with others, that you wish the universe would work its ways to make you meet them again.

But this infatuation often vanished by the time you open your eyes in the next morning, some rare ones really get stuck in your mind for a longer time, but is it because of the emptiness you feel? you even ask yourself, is that stranger feel the same way I feel, if yes, would it be unfair that we departed, if not that I am glad they are away.

The femtosecond second when you make eye contact and slightly smile to a stranger can elevate your mood and boost your confidence.

You create fantasies with those strangers, but they are only in your mind and they are never real and will never be real because everything is better when it is temporary.

The best you can do is enjoy that femtosecond as much as you could, and that is about it before it turned out to something that hurts you if it lasted longer.

Who knows?

There are lots of things in this world you will never have them figured out, no matter what, they will remain a mystery and the maximum you can do is wondering and making assumptions about them.

The unreal is more powerful than the real
because nothing is as perfect as you can imagine it.
Because it’s only intangible ideas, concepts, beliefs, fantasies
that last. Stone crumbles. Wood rots. People, well, they die. But things as fragile as a thought, a dream, a legend, they can go on and on.

Enjoy the little things and the short moments, complete them in your imagination so you can enjoy them more in your mind but never in reality.
